Aircraft hire is charged per tacho hour. Instructor time is charged chock to chock. Fees and course content are subject to change.

Tailored trainingFrom £207/hr

Flying is charged at the selected aircraft rate plus £42 per hour for instruction. Required hours depend on previous experience and licensing needs.

Qualified Service Pilot route

For an eligible, current Combat Ready QMP(A), LFC can provide the civilian SEP preparation and testing support required for a UK PPL application.

  • Individual review of military experience and current practice
  • Approximately 1.5 hours of SEP refresher training is commonly recommended
  • Required PPL theoretical knowledge examinations
  • Skills-test preparation and flight test
  • Current medical and CAA requirements will be confirmed before training
